Quorn meatballs & mash

This vegetarian option is tasty, filling (with loads of protein like any meat would give) and low calorie because it's low fat - so I was able to bump up the flavour with all the trimmings like a dob of light spread on the mash, a sliver of blue vein cheese dotted around the spinach and some thick gravy poured over the meatballs. In total this came to 350 calories!

Also - this version is a fast meal! Quorn & spinach were done in the microwave (5 min) and the mash was made with instant (Smash) whisked up with boiled water, salt & pepper.
